1.Paradise Media Products offers a 30 day return policy. Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund of purchase price. Product must be in like-new resalable condition in the original packaging and contain all components. All products will be inspected at our discretion and credit may be refused.
2.Upon receiving the products, credit will be issued within five to ten business days. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Paradise Media Products, Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15%-25% restocking fee to returns that do not meet the above criteria.
3.NO RMAs will be issued for products over 30 days old.
4.Before returning product, obtain an RMA # from Paradise Media Products, Inc. Technical Support by calling (732)446-7009 or by e-mailing request to orderadmin@paradise.com.
5.Customer must provide the invoice number, date of purchase, and serial number of item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.
6.RMA numbers are valid for fifteen (15) business days from the date of issuance. Paradise Media Products, Inc. must receive returns within that time. After fifteen days, a new RMA # must be obtained.
7.Products to be returned must be securely packaged in the original cartons and include all accessories (cables, CDs, etc.). Freight and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Customer assumes risk of loss or damage during shipment.
8.The RMA # must be clearly marked on the shipping label of each carton. (Do not put RMA # on product package.) Packages without the RMA # on the outside will be refused.
9.For products being returned under warranty repair/exchange policies, further instructions will be provided when you call. Products are shipped to the original manufacturer for repair. All warranty repairs are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
10. Credit returns must have been purchased directly from Paradise Media Products, Inc.
The RMA policy applies only to hardware and defective software CDs. This policy does not apply to software. We will accept returns on software within 15 days of purchase ONLY if the CD seal has not been broken. No refunds will be provided for downloaded software.
